I did a full system restore on my laptop computer today. it was running so slow that it was basically useless. I wish software and the internet would not load up our computers with junk.
I am planning to go to Ohio June 30th to July 5th to visit my brother and his family . It has become a tradition with me for the 4th of July Holiday.
I feel good and have been exercising to try to get stronger. but the doctor says I need knee replacements but I am going to wait and hope they don't get any worse.
