All is well

All is good here so far. I have an neurologist appointment on april 5 to discuss the results of my MRI head scan done last week . I am sure if there was anything wrong they would have told me already.

I am going to see the stage play of "War Horse"next Tuesday the horses in it are all full size puppets . It is a great story (I saw the movie last week) I think it will be the highlight of the Stage theater season this year

Hibiscus indoors !

Today we were treated to 3 blooms on the hibiscus tree in the solorium ! they are a double variety called "Mango Mist" It is really a shame that the flowere only last for one day. There is an orchid with 5 blooms on it that bloomed at christmas and the flowere are still there.

Getting my head examined !

Leap year ! the shortest month of the year has an extra day every 4 years. So it has to be a special day for many people.

I am going to see the opera "The enchanted garden" on Saturday at the Cineplex broadcast encor from the metropolitan Opera. then for a head MRI on Sunday. Should be na interesting weekend !

Metropolitan Opera- Verdi "Ernani"

My friends are back from California. Not so lonely anymore!

Went to see "Ernani"(opera by G.Verdi) at the cineplex theater today live in HD from the Metropolitan Opera in NYC. It was great! the best I think all year. I feel so privileged to be able to see these great performances from the "Met" at such a reasonable price.

Home Alone ! Missed going to California

I am home alone this week. I am waiting for the doctors office to call about an appointment for a MRI imaging of my head.

I was suppose to go to San Diego and Palm Springs with my friends but had to stay home. they sent photos also ad I am jealous! The photos are the next best thing to see what I missed :(
